I have a 2020 Mercedes e350 and was a little skeptical about bringing my car here for an oil change and new brake pads, but I was not disappointed. Everyone here is very professional and did everything they could to earn my trust. They have top of the line equipment to fit the newer technology equipped vehicles. They sent me up to date photos of things that needed attention and I was able to approve or decline the services that I wanted via text message. The work that was done was great as always, fair pricing.. unfortunately this time I did notice once I got my vehicle back, that my windshield had been cracked. I had to have it replaced by Safelight and they informed me there was no impact point, and that the break was made below the wipers where the shell and blades would have to be removed. I will attach the bill I got from safelight, as well as the picture of the break in the windshield. As you can see how low the break in the glass took place, it was caused by a prying like tool.

Shoutout to Carencro automotive for getting me right. The team is professional and accommodating. I went in for an oil change and walked out with a free tire rotation and full car inspection without asking or a charge. Theyll notify you with all things that are not how they should be an include pictures to ensure honesty and genuine precaution for their clients. You can choose to accept or decline those services found but they took me in right away which is great turn around time. They also are very helpful with providing an estimate of all repair costs if so you choose to get them fixed. Feel free to do your own research or even call around. Let them know your situation and be communicative and they can get you right. Best automotive shop experience Ive had, comes with warranty and flexible dates as well as pickup options. A one stop shop for sure!! 5️️ Shoutout my tech Y Infante!
