I started to have issues with truck shaking at higher speeds, as well as acceleration and braking issues. The team at Carencro Automotive were able to quickly diagnose the issue and explained exactly what the problem was. My truck was fixed, and new tires installed in just over 24hrs. I can't say enough about Carencro Automotive, and I won't be taking any of my vehicles to anybody else in the future.

These guys are great with diagnosing your vehicle, I've been to their shop a couple times and they I've always been straight forward on what's going, and how they can fix the issue. I will continue to have my BMW serviced here.

They evaluated the problem with my car and fixed it. I had to approve the invoice so they can continue. Also took pictures of items that need my attention and I decide when I can bring it .

The Carencro Auto Center team is professional and accommodating. I called for new tires and an oil change while I was in town and they took me right away. I now know they run by appointments and they were already busy when I got there so I’m very grateful! They said they’d have it done by end of day but I needed it sooner and they made it happen!! Best mechanic shop experience I’ve had.

I’m very satisfied with the work they did to my truck I had some broken spark plugs in the heads and nobody wanted to fix it so I just so happen to be driving in carencro and seen the shop so I called they said they could fix it and they did my truck is running in tip top shape I appreciate all the work they did and I will be back to more business with them as of now they are my go to when I need something done right.
