Being new to Carencro Area and needing repairs, I found Carencro Automotive. Was able to make an appointment online which was convenient, especially if it's after hours or on the weekend. Besides doing the obvious repairs, they throughly check each component of your vehicle, download their findings to their computer, good and bad, then text to you on this really neat graphic for your approval on the repairs and additional ones if you choose to do so at that time or a later date. Since my vehicle is a 2015 this info is valuable to me. Thank you Team Carencro Automotive for your special customer service.

I must say. I am 67 n have trouble explaining myself. This man Martin was so patient. I was so appreciating n in shock at his patience to have me understand everything. I h ave prayed for his business since meeting him. He has restored my faith n the realization that people still exist that will have patience for d elderly. And actually care that u understand what’s going on. That place s a Godsend. Honest and want your best for you n your situation at the time.
