Carencro auto repair

As a former tech and Auto Service Manager of a total of around 20 years I thankfully rate my entire experience with Carencro Auto 5 stars. As a family owned business, the Father, son, and daughter all gave me excellent service, explained my repairs needed in detail with pics and a they have a repair estimate system for the customers second to any that I've ever seen, and they did not try to sell me something I did not need. They recommended an air filter and fuel filter replacement which as a semi retired on a tight budget and ex tech I opted to perform myself and they had no problem with that.. (I need things to do to keep me out of the wife's hair anyway) Lastly, I am a Christian in Ministry and the bible scripture in front of the building drew me to check them out, and also my stepson who owns a local towing service (Scooby's ASAP) also said that they were a reputable repair shop before I went there. By the way, I had to have my vehicle towed in because the CV shaft broke and though I had no appointment they got my vehicle in and out in a matter of a couple of days which helped me big time as I have a trip to Mobile tomorrow and they got me back "on the road again" as Willie says. Hope U receive the same great service I did.. (Sorry for the lengthy review, just sayin)

Spoke with Charmaine. She said the owner is honest and the service is thorough. The business is just a few blocks from her home and she enjoys doing business with a Christian own facility. She really appreciates the business picking up and dropping the vehicle off.
