They explain what's going on with what and just don't hand you a bill. I found them to be honest and will now go no where else for my vehicle's repair and maintenance.

Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic. I received an accurate diagnosis and complete inspection from top to bottom! Was given a very detailed list of everything my vehicle needed for immediate repair and or maintenance! This is great for the budget minded individuals who may need to repair their vehicle in stages in order to afford it. Communication was great before, during, and after repairs were done. I’m very impressed by everyone that I dealt with! Highly recommend !

Carencro Automotive went above and beyond to get my truck fixed! AC went out afternoon before leaving for trip ~~ they worked until past 7:30 that evening to get my truck fixed & ready for 7 AM trip. PLUS called next morning to check and make sure everything was working and OK for the drive. The professionalism and courtesy showed is very rare these days & VERY MUCH appreciated!! Will be our auto mechanics from here on out.........

These guys are awesome! They will check every possibility and make sure any problem is completely repaired before telling you they are done. The entire crew has always worked with me to make sure repairs are done timely and within mu budget. Can't say enough about their work and customer service.
